"We've been bowled over by George at Moreton - staff and students. We have had so many different groups and speakers in to talk to the kids, but George was the most hard hitting and direct, but also the funniest, most engaging, and the one who has given the kids the most practical strategies to move forward with. He has really got under the skin of some of our harder to reach students; they've really been given a boost. The impact that this has had on our staff is unreal; those who came down to see the assembly were really touched and motivated by what George had to say. I cannot rate him highly enough. Every school and workplace in the country should take part in the 'Gingerbread' workshop. I know our staff who were involved have used it as an opportunity to reflect on themselves and their own characters. We loved him so much we are getting him in to do staff CPD with us, too. Absolutely fantastic. The best speaker we have ever had in. Inspirational, motivational, engaging, warm, funny, direct, dynamic, honest... just ace.

"Hi George, you came to our school last year around this time to talk with our year 6 children ( and the rest of the school) about resilience and aspirations. I was meaning to give you some impact in July but I forgot. We referred to you all year, the children did us and themselves proud. Results for year 6 SAT's improved massively. Reading - 21% passed Spelling punctuation and Grammar -45% passed Mathematics -38% passed Reading -62% passed SPaG - 72% passed Mathematics - 83% passed We worked incredible hard but the children believed they could do it and this made a difference, so I would like to say thank you for making that difference with our children, as part of our continuing message to the children. I hope to hear from you as I know you do care about what you do.

"DARE TO ASPIRE’ WORKSHOPS On Monday we were delighted to welcome George Fouche, a motivational speaker to Broadfield. He spent the whole day at school, beginning with an inspirational assembly which challenged the children to ‘dare to aspire’. George emphasised how the children were in charge of their own futures and the importance of making good choices. He encouraged them to try everything, always do their best, to not fear failure and to never give up. Throughout the day the children took part in a range of activities in class which helped them to embed the ideas and skills. It was a wonderful day that was both fun and thought provoking for the children"Broadfield Primary)

"Hello Team Dare to Aspire, George just spent the day at our school and what a fantastic day it was! It was certainly a day like no other for our children and I'm sure they won't forget it in a hurry! George arrived bright and early, raring to go. I was inspired by him from the moment he arrived as his enthusiasm for what he does is so evident. The assembly he delivered had everything - highs, lows, humour, opportunities for self-reflection and much, much more. George has an incredible story to tell, and he tells his story incredibly. Both children and staff left the hall feeling uplifted and motivated to dare to aspire. George's workshops were equally engaging. The Gingerbread Man session was a personal favourite of mine and really helped me as a teacher to get to know my children on a whole new level. More importantly, the children got to know themselves to a greater depth than before, too. During these workshops, George placed a high value of each and every contribution that the children offered and he was visibly raising their self-esteem in the process. As a teacher, I was inspired by this and will be adapting the some of the approaches I take towards everyday learning in my classroom as a result. On behalf of all at St Oswald's, I'd like to say a huge thank you to George for giving us all such an unforgettable day today. Keep up the fantastic work, George! (A Richardson)
